Cancellation Policy

Executive Style Transportation Policies Transportation Services Policies • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for any booking over $1,000, with the remaining balance due 48 hours before arrival. o Boats and yacht charters must be paid in full at the time of booking. • All transportation services ranging from $120 to $1000 must be prepaid in full at the time of booking. The full amount will be charged to the credit card provided. • Cancellations & No-Shows: o No refunds for cancellations or flight changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date. o No refunds will be issued for no-shows. • Cancellation Notification: o Cancellations must be sent via email or WhatsApp to the contact details below:  Email: halldana@hotmail.com  Call/WhatsApp: +1 (242) 422-5110 • Flight Schedule Changes: o It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any flight delays or schedule changes via email or WhatsApp at:  Email: halldana@hotmail.com  Call/WhatsApp: +1 (242) 422-5110 Tour Services Policies • Executive Style Transportation requires an advance booking deposit per tour, charged to the credit card upon confirmation. • The remaining balance will be charged in full or paid on the first tour date. • Cancellations & Refunds: o Cancellations must be made at least 7 business days before the scheduled tour. o No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 7 business days of the tour. o Group Tours: All sales are final—no refunds. o All peak season reservations (January – 3rd week of August) must be prepaid in full and are non-refundable. • Tour Rescheduling: o Must be requested at least 36 hours in advance. o If rescheduling is requested within 36 hours, the full tour cost must be paid again. • Refund Policy for Cancellations: o Tours canceled at least 36 hours before the scheduled date will receive an 85% refund (minus a 5% credit card processing fee). o Cancellations made within 36 hours are non-refundable and any remaining balance will be charged. o If a tour is canceled by Executive Style Transportation due to unsafe weather conditions, it will be rescheduled. o If rescheduling is not possible due to weather, a 100% refund will be issued. o No refunds for late cancellations, unused portions of tour packages, or no-shows. • Cancellation Notification: o All cancellations must be sent via email or WhatsApp to the contact details below:  Email: halldana@hotmail.com  Call/WhatsApp: +1 (242) 422-5110 • Group Booking (15+ People): o 15–30 days
